AUTOMATED STORAGE AND RETRIEVAL SYSTEMS

Automated Storage and Retrieval System (AS/RS) is a dedicated storage system which consist of a variety of computer-controlled and warehouse management system (WMS) integration to store and retrieve of loads automatically from defined storage locations.

AS/RS systems are available for both heavy and light loads, while UNITLOAD is ideally used for heavy and bulky items on pallets, containers etc. and MINILOAD is used for light and small volume items on totes, boxes, cartons etc.
Loading and unloading of the products is carried out by stacker cranes. The system is totally operated under computerized control.
